Young woman found dead at Narconon Arrowhead

McALESTER — Another person has been found dead at Narconon Arrowhead

Stacy Dawn Murphy 20, of Owasso has been found dead at Narconon Arrowhead, according to a report by the PIttsburg County Sheriff's Department.

Four people have died while patients at the facility, three in the last year.

The report calls it an unattended death.

"The case is under investigation by the OSBI," said Pittsburg County Sheriff Joel Kerns.
