“At 4:58 p.m. McAlester Police Department was notified that a 12-year-old boy on a bicycle was hit by a car,” said McAlester Police Det. Capt. Gary Wansick. The accident occurred at the intersection of 14th Street and Timber Lane in McAlester, Wansick said.
“The bicyclist was westbound on Timber Lane and entered the intersection of 14th and Timber Lane and that’s when the car and bicycle collided,” Wansick said.
