Two local women get prison time in drug-house case

McALESTER — Two local women recently were sentenced to serve prison time for a McAlester drug-house case.

Rachel Easky, 26, of McAlester, entered a blind guilty plea Nov. 27 to multiple charges in two separate cases. On Jan. 9, Easky was sentenced to serve 10 years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

She was convicted of multiple drug-related felonies.

Easky was charged along with Robin Allen, 49, of McAlester; Marcella Dalpaos, 50, of McAlester, and Patricia Diane Beall, 48, of McAlester.

Allen pleaded guilty Jan. 11 to an amended charge of possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 years, with the last 10 years suspended.

Beall pleaded guilty Nov. 30 to a charge of conspiracy to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance. She was fined $50,000, with all but $500 suspended, and she received a 20-year suspended sentence.

According to court records, a warrant for Dalpaos’ arrest has been issued and she has not yet been located by authorities.

District 18 Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force agents executed a search warrant in a home on East Polk Street in McAlester on July 20. Task force officers, along with McAlester Police Department detectives and Drug Enforcement Administration agents, entered the home and found three women and a 17-day-old infant child in a bedroom.

“While finishing clearing the residence, a ‘one pot methamphetamine lab’ was located in the laundry room of the residence,” an affidavit states.

After searching the entire residence, authorities found numerous items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
