Faith Assembly of God to have revival services with missionary evangelist the Rev. Chresten Tomlin on Sunday through Wednesday.
Pastor Anoatubby welcomes the public to experience services with Tomlin at the Gowen Faith Assembly of God church beginning Sunday morning. There will be Sunday morning worship at 10:45 and Sunday evening service at 6. Weeknight services at 7.
The Rev. Chresten and Bridgette Tomlin, of Tulsa, have been involved in full-time preaching and music evangelism for the past 10 years. Their travels have taken them across the nation and around the world.
The Tomlins are accomplished recording artists with five recording projects to their credit. Their most recent album, Old Songs In New Clothes, compiles some current arrangements of old songs of the Church.

Buffs prepare for summer football schedule
The McAlester Buffaloes won’t play their first game of the 2013 season until Sept. 7, when they travel to Stillwater. But the Buffaloes plan to make good use of the four and half months until then, with spring football practice starting this week and continuing next week.

Tornadoes and severe weather have torn through a large part of Oklahoma today (May 20,2013) and have devastated Moore south of Oklahoma City hitting two schools and Moore's hospital.
