Formal charges have yet to be filed against an Oklahoma City man arrested more than a month ago in the death of a woman whose beheaded and dismembered body was found in a duffel bag in Bethany.
Ex-Detective Arrested
A former Woodward police detective has been charged with 13 felony counts after prosecutors accused him of stealing methamphetamine from the police department's evidence room.

Negligent Homicide Law
An Idabel police officer is lobbying the Legislature to make negligent homicide a felony after the death of his friend and former coworker. Matt Robbins died last summer in a motorcycle crash, and a friend says he's frustrated that the driver charged in the wreck only faces a misdemeanor.
Grizzlies-Thunder
The Thunder host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night for the first time since the teams' Western Conference semifinal ended in a Game 7 in Oklahoma City in the spring. It's also the only home game for the Thunder in a nine-game stretch.
