Formal charges have yet to be filed against an Oklahoma City man arrested more than a month ago in the death of a woman whose beheaded and dismembered body was found in a duffel bag in Bethany.

An Idabel police officer is lobbying the Legislature to make negligent homicide a felony after the death of his friend and former coworker. Matt Robbins died last summer in a motorcycle crash, and a friend says he's frustrated that the driver charged in the wreck only faces a misdemeanor.
Grizzlies-Thunder
The Thunder host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night for the first time since the teams' Western Conference semifinal ended in a Game 7 in Oklahoma City in the spring. It's also the only home game for the Thunder in a nine-game stretch.
