Performance Reviews-Public Safety
Oklahoma's legislative budget writers are rolling up their sleeves as they prepare to question state agency heads about their performance during the past year and funding needs for the next. Subcommittees of the powerful House Appropriations and Budget Committee begin meeting Tuesday with the heads of state agencies.
Smoking Ban
Gov. Mary Fallin signed an executive order this week banning smoking on all state property and in state vehicles. The order gives agencies six months to comply with the new policy.
