• June 2012 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with manufacture or attempt to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), maintaining a place for keeping controlled dangerous substances, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Case pending.
• March 2012 (Okmulgee County) — Charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case pending.
• August 2011 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with third degree arson, malicious injury to property valued less than $1,000 and domestic abuse assault and battery. Pleaded guilty to counts 2 and 3 and received deferred sentencing. The arson charge was dismissed.

Jesse Ryan Weaver’s criminal record
• June 2012 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with manufacture or attempt to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), maintaining a place for keeping controlled dangerous substances, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Case pending.
• July 2011 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation. Pleaded guilty and received a 90-day suspended sentence.
• June 2010 (McIntosh County) — Charged with driving under the influence. Pleaded guilty and sentencing was deferred for one year.
• February 2008 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with knowingly concealing stolen property. Pleaded guilty and sentencing was deferred for three years.

Task force busts meth lab in McAlester home

McALESTER — The District 18 Narcotics Task Force busted a methamphetamine lab recently in a home on Sixth Street in McAlester.

On June 17, task force officers executed a search warrant at the Sixth Street home and found items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

According to court documents, three people were arrested from the home in relation to the bust.

Kathy Jo Bryant, age 32; Kelly Lynn Ewton, 48, and Jesse Ryan Weaver, 32, were charged June 18 in Pittsburg County District Court with multiple drug counts.

All three were charged with the manufacture or attempt to manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and maintaining a place for keeping controlled dangerous substances. In addition, Bryant and Weaver were also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
