The following felony and misdemeanor cases were decided in Pittsburg County District Court May 24 - 31. Dispositions include dismissed cases, suspended and deferred sentences and sentences from trials and plea bargains. Listings do not include all court costs.
Felony cases
• James M. Kaiser, 29, Krebs, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of endeavoring to manufacture methamphetamine, transferring a precursor with the intent to manufacture and manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance. He was fined $10,250 with $9,500 suspended and was sentenced to 30 years, with 15 years suspended. Charges of unlawful purchasing/acquiring pseudoephedrine after conviction for controlled dangerous substance charge and failure to carry insurance or a security verification form were dismissed.
• Wayne K. Edwards, 19, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 27 to charges of larceny of merchandise from a retailer and failure to maintain security. He pleaded no contest to a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute. He was fined $670 and received a deferred sentence of five years.
• Shannon M. Clevenger, 30, Oktaha, pleaded guilty May 27 to a charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, hydrocodone. She was fined $550 and received a deferred sentence of five years. A charge of burglary in the second degree was dismissed.
• A charge of child sexual abuse was dismissed for Paul C. Allan, 50, of McAlester.
Misdemeanor cases
• David L. Williams, 26, McAlester, pleaded no contest May 24 to charges of domestic abuse — assault and battery — and obstructing an officer. He was fined $220, ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic abuse counseling and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Stephanie G. Crawley, 27, Savanna, pleaded no contest May 24 to charges of driving with a suspended license and driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked. She was fined $460 and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Kristina M. Smith, 29, Okmulgee, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was fined, ordered to complete DUI school, ordered to complete one year of in-patient treatment and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Lance Parks, 48, Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of larceny of merchandise from a retailer. He was sentenced to 30 days.
• John L. Bean, 41, Blanco, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain security, failure to pay taxes due state and altering a license plate or decal. He was fined $620 and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Marty J. Duncan, Jr., 28, Alderson, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $50.
• David J. Brents, 40, Wilburton, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a driver’s license and speeding. He was fined $435, ordered to complete DUI school and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Ricky L. Lambillotte, 31, Tulsa, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving with a revoked license. He was fined $235 and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Jonathan W. Cannon, 31, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of driving with a revoked license and transporting an opened container of beer. He was fined $310 and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Carol Billiot, 50, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of public intoxication. She was fined $50.
• Aaron F. Pool, 25, Perkins, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance or a security verification form and failure to pay taxes due the state. He was fined $815, ordered to complete DUI school and received a one-year suspended sentence. A charge of speeding was dismissed.
• Jessica M. Moore, 28, Quinton, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving with a suspended license. She was fined $230 and received a one-year suspended sentence.
• Carrie L. Snow, 31, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of transporting an open bottle or container of liquor. She was fined $230 and received a six-month suspended sentence.
• Jeffrey T. Newport, 45, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was fined and received a deferred sentence of one year. A charge of failure to carry insurance or a security verification form was dismissed.
• Shannon R. LeFlore, 20, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of domestic abuse — assault and battery. She was fined $200, ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic abuse counseling and received a deferred sentence of three years.
• Joshua F. Riley, 21, Quinton, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $385, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Justin K. Dobbs, 23, Hartshorne, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage and driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked. He was fined $685, ordered to pay $1,713.36 in restitution, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of two years.
• Billy E. Smith, 29, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor. He was fined $135, ordered to complete 52 weeks of domestic abuse counseling and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Joshua L. Duckworth, 18, Ashland, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of assault and battery. He was fined $80 and received a deferred sentence of 30 days.
• Jeffery D. Holden, 30, Indianola, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was fined $535 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Mason D. Johnson, 18, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was fined $555 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Justin N. Tweedy, 28, Canadian, pleaded no contest May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $515 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Rusty E. Turner, 43, McAlester, pleaded no contest May 25 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $385, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Melanie Leffler, 39, McAlester, pleaded no contest May 24 to a charge of petit larceny. She was fined $80, ordered to pay $100 in restitution and received a deferred sentence of six months.
• Christopher W. Short, 27, Kiowa, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was fined $535, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Ricky L. Robbins, 28, Wilburton, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of larceny of merchandise from a retailer and trespassing after being forbidden. He was fined $160 and received a deferred sentence of 90 days.
• Sharon Sloniker, 41, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. She was fined $330, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of six months.
• Gene A. Brown, 62, Alderson, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $400, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Danny E. Isaacs, 33, McAlester, pleaded no contest May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $400, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Cheryl L. Sennett, 31, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked. She was fined $230 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Jamie A. Ebert, 24, Eufaula, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol — aggravated. He was fined $350, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Harold L. Cole, 63, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and driving while impaired. He was fined $620, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Coby W. Petty, 35, McAlester, pleaded no contest May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was fined $400 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Rebecca L. Harris, 27, Grand Prairie, Texas, pleaded guilty May 24 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was fined $385, ordered to complete DUI school and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Brandy R. Snow, 22, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $575 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• Phillip W. Bradley, 30, McAlester, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $575 and received a deferred sentence of one year.
• A charge of driving with a revoked license was dismissed May 24 for William R. Larue, 37, of Krebs.
• A charge of protective order violation was dismissed May 24 for Keith P. Davis, 43, of McAlester.
• A charge of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor was dismissed May 24 for Christopher E. Watkins, 41, of Krebs.
• A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed May 24 for Brandy Bornheim, 36, of Wilburton.
• A charge of domestic abuse — assault and battery — was dismissed May 24 for Delores L. Oliverez, 45, of Lubbock, Texas.
• A charge of driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked was dismissed May 24 for Ashley M. Hill, 27, of McAlester.
• Charges of driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked and failure to pay taxes due state were dismissed May 24 for Scotty R. Barrett, 30, of Krebs.
• Charges of obstructing an officer and failure to stop at a stop sign were dismissed May 24 for Thomas M. Braxton, 62, of McAlester.
• A charge of domestic abuse — assault and battery — was dismissed May 24 for Raymond F. Hall II, 21, of McAlester.
• A charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed May 24 for Karolyn R. Lebaron, 26, of McAlester.
• A charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed May 24 for Tiffany Markland, 23, of McAlester.
• A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed May 24 for Allison Blackwell, 19, of Canadian.
• A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed May 24 for Raymond Henderson, Jr., 20, of Hartshorne.
• A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed May 24 for Daniel C. Henderson, 30, of Edmond.
• A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed May 24 for Larry A. Holliday, 28, of Edmond.
• A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed May 24 for Brittany D. Clark, 21, of McAlester.
• A charge of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor was dismissed May 27 for Marc. A. Shull, 36, of McAlester.
New felony cases
The following new felony cases were filed in Pittsburg County District Court May 26-27.
• On May 27, Trey C. Culifer, 18, of McAlester, was charged with eluding a police officer.
• On May 27, Gary W. Dejacimo, 56, of McAlester, was charged with first degree rape.
• On May 26, Stanley D. Anderson, 40, of Canadian, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, failure to carry insurance or a security verification form and driving without a driver’s license.
• On May 26, Stephen R. Frazier, 52, of Wardville, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
