Autopsy report released on woman who died at Narconon Arrowhead

McALESTER — An autopsy report on a woman who died at Narconon Arrowhead, reveals an unknown cause of death and an unknown manner of death, according Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Oklahoma City. 

The results of Hillary Holten's autopsy states that “the cause of death is unknown.  The autopsy showed no significant injuries or acute disease processes which could have explained the death,” according to the report released today.

Holten,21,  was found dead at Narconon Arrowhead in April.

Located in Canadian, Narconon Arrowhead is a nonprofit drug and alcohol rehabilitation program based on the teachings of L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of the Church of Scientology.

Although the report will add to the investigation, the results of the autopsy of Stacy Dawn Murphy of Owasso is what officials are waiting for.
“I’m waiting for the results of Stacy Murphy’s autopsy before I make a decision on criminal charges,” said Richard Hull District 18 First Assistant District Attorney.
Narconon Arrowhead has been the center of an ongoing investigation after the July death of 20-year-old Stacy Murphy which spured a county, state and federal investigation of the three other patient deaths at the facility. 
 Her death followed the deaths of three others, two of the other deaths along with Murphy’s occured in a span of less than a year.
Last October, Gabriel Graves, 31, was found dead in his bed at the facility and then in April, Holten was found dead in her bed at the facility and in July, Murphy was found dead at the facility. In 2009 Kaysie Werninck also died while a patient at the facility.
Calls to Narconon Arrowhead were not  returned by press-time today.
