• Marilyn E. Dages, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with four counts of obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Joey Lewis Young, 24, of McAlester, was charged Wednesday with two counts of malicious injury to property and public intoxication.
• Karen Misener, 23, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication.
• David Dewayne Pierce, 18, of Lake Dallas, Texas, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, driving a motorvehicle while under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding in a posted zone.
• Otis Jeffrey Glaze, 39, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication.
• Nathan K. Utter, 26, of McAlester, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication. He pleaded no contest and was fined $50, plus court costs.
• Bryan Shane Hill, 35, of Indianola, was charged Tuesday with attempting to elude a police officer, driving left of center and affixing an improper tag.
• Randy Powell, 39, of Kiowa was charged Oct. 6 with driving while impaired. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250, plus court costs, and ordered to pay $250 to the victim’s compensation account.
• Jennifer Maria Roberts, of Quinton, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Jimmy Vieux, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Amanda Lynn Ward, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Antonio Washington, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Rachael Tyler, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaing merchandise by bogus check.
• Brooke S. Kang, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Mathew B. West, of McAlester, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Clarissa K. Neilson, of Eufaula, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Jillian Wilson, of Wilburton, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• David R. Williams, of Stringtown, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Stacye Rose, of Stuart, was charged Oct. 6 with obtaining merchandise by bogus check.
• Thomas T. Davis, 25, of Hartshorne, was charged Oct. 6 with driving a motorvehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
• A warrant was issued for David A. Martin, 25, charging domestic assault and battery.
• Jacob Ray Miller, 20, of Hartshorne, was charged Oct. 6 with possession of 3.2 beer by a person under 21 years of age.
• James Tyler Vinson, 20, of Hartshorne, was charged Oct. 6 with possession of 3.2 beer by a person under 21 years of age.

A McAlester man has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of home health care fraud following an investigation by the Oklahoma State Attorney General’s office, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of the Inspector General.
