PJ Johnson, fitness professional and owner of X-treme 10 Nutrition and Fit Club in McAlester, poses for a photo in Dave’s Fitness Friday. Johnson, a single mother, will compete Saturday in the Grand Prix National Qualifier in Oklahoma City. Johnson will be competing for the first time as a figure competitor. She hopes to show and inspire all women that they too can reach their fitness goals.
