Ralph Wesley Sennett

McALESTER — Ralph Wesley Sennett, 85, of Tannehill, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at his home.

Graveside will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Tannehill Cemetery Pavilion officiated by the Revs. Ricky Kerns and Gerald Kerns.

Interment will be at Tannehill Cemetery,  Tannehill Community.

Services are under direction of Bishop Funeral Service.

Born in Tannehill on April 1, 1927, he was the son of Lewis and Martha (Barnard) Sennett. He grew up in the Tannehill area and worked at the Union Stockyard in McAlester before retiring. He was also a farmer and rancher. He enjoyed woodworking, making paper and cardboard houses and wooden airplanes.  He attended the North Mt. Homa Church.

He is survived by daughter ,Margaret Bierman and husband, Doyle, of Tannehill; son, Harold Sennett and wife, Bertha, of Tannehill; grandchildren, Jimmy Bierman and wife, Jennie, of McAlester, Christopher Bierman and wife, Alicia of Wagoner, Mary Follawell and husband, Kyle of McAlester; Molly Sennett, of McAlester, Mindy Brojakowski and husband, Lionel, of McAlester, Wesley Sennett, of McAlester and Macy Sennett, of McAlester; great-grandchildren, Kristy Bierman, Nichole Bierman, Leslie Bierman, Christopher Tadlock, Leona Brojakowski and Lionel Brojakowski and brother, Leroy Sennett of McAlester.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Martha (Barnard) Sennett.
