Almeda “Mit” Gregory, 78, of Coweta, formerly of Krebs

McALESTER — Almeda “Mit” Gregory, 78, of Coweta, formerly of Krebs, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, in Tulsa.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brumley-Mills Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brumley-Mills Chapel with the Rev. Don Whitby officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.

Born June 8, 1934, in Blocker, she was the daughter of Jim and Jennie (Clay) Justice. She was raised in the Krebs area.

She enjoyed arts and crafts, gospel music, Bible study and was a prayer warrior. She was a member of New Bethel Assembly of God.

Survivors include one son, Jimmy Wayne Gregory; two grandchildren, Kevin Gregory and James Gregory; two sisters, Wilma Folk and Donna Holloway; one brother, Bill Justice, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Larry Don Gregory, and five sisters.

Pallbearers will be Franklin Evans, Cody Evans, Chevy Wilson, Coleman Wilson, Glen Wilson and Emanuel Brown.
