McALESTER — William Stanton Hatridge

William Stanton Hatridge, 19, of McAlester, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Brumley-Mills Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of McAlester with the Rev. Chip Lott officiating. Burial will be at Harper’s Valley Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.

Born March 23, 1993, in McAlester, he was the son of Jeff and Jami (Gordon) Hatridge. He grew up in McAlester and graduated from McAlester High School in 2012.

Soon after graduation he went to work for Pioneer and Liberty Abstract Companies in McAlester and was still employed there.  He enjoyed bowling and was a team bowler in high school.

In his spare time, he liked to go mudding in his truck and shooting and he enjoyed spending time with his friends playing video games.

Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Jami Hatridge, of McAlester; sisters, Meredith Hatridge and partner, Kevin Newberry, of McAlester, Megan Miller and her husband, Jeff, of Wichita, Kan., Tiffani McGraw and her husband, Sean, of Edmond, and Ashley Jurkiewicz and her partner, Charles Jefferson, of Battiest.

Also, grandparents, Gene and Margaret Hatridge, of Wardville, and Bill and LaDean Gordon, of McAlester; great-grandmother, Sarah Brown, of Buffalo Valley.

And, aunts and uncles, Jackye and Robert Bonnet, Julie and Hollis Walley, Jeramy Gordon, Jayson Gordon, Jeanie and Donald Gardner, Roy and Leisa Hatridge, Shelly and Leroy Vanciel and Rex and Tina Hatridge, and four nieces and one nephew, Evan Hatridge, Sammie Shores, Elsie McGraw, Aubrey Miller and Hanna Jefferson.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Farris, Julio Rodriguez, Titus Williams, Jesse Lane, Jarred Weeden, Zac Hollingsback, Colby Allen and Keegan Linehan.

Honorary pallbearers will be staff of Pioneer and Liberty Abstract.
