Johnny Clifford White, 78, of rural McAlester, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at his home.
Visitation for family and friends will be today from 3 to 5 p.m.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday at Brumley-Mills Chapel with Pastor Brian Smith officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.
Born Nov. 23, 1933, in Adamson, he was the son of Clifford Gibson and Faye Ann Pilgrim. He was raised and received his early education in the Adamson and Buffalo Mountain communities.
He was veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Army.
He was a truck driver all his working career.
Survivors include his wife, Sharlet White, of the home; five children, Dennis and wife, Jeri White, of Tannehill, Jeannie and husband, Joe Santino, of McAlester, Buster and wife, Barbie White, of Tannehill, Glenn and wife, Angel White, of San Antonio, Texas, and Bobby White, of North Dakota; two stepchildren, Sandra Johnson, of McAlester, and Sharon Blood, of Ohio; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, and his first wife.
