McAlester’s Selman dominates Coweta softball

COWETA — The Coweta Tigers had runners on second and third with none out in the bottom of the first in their home game Tuesday against the McAlester Lady Buffaloes, butthey couldn’t score.

Cheyenne Selman never gave the Tigers another chance.

Selman pitched a complete-game shut out Tuesday, and McAlester capitalized on several Coweta errors to post an 8-0 victory. McAlester is now 4-0 within the district, and 9-5 overall.
