Todd Christian Dambacher’s criminal record
• February 2012 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny. Case pending.
• June 2011 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with second degree burglary and knowingly concealing stolen property. Pleaded no contest and received a seven-year suspended sentence on the first charge. The second charge was dismissed.
• January 2011 (Pittsburg County) — Charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of controlled drugs with the intent to distribute and knowingly concealing stolen property. Case dismissed.
• September 2009 (Pushmataha County) — Charged with second degree burglary and receiving/concealing stolen property. The first count was dismissed and sentencing was deferred on the second count after a guilty plea.
• Septemeber 2007 (Pushmataha County) — Charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Sentencing was deferred on the first count after a guilty plea and the second count was dismissed.

• November 2010 (LeFlore County) — Charged with knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of an illegal firearm. Case dismissed.
• May 2009 (Latimer County) — Charged with driving without a driver’s license. Pleaded no contest and fined.
• August 2008 (Coal County) — Charged with failure to comply with a lawful order, resisting an officer and public intoxication. Sentencing deferred.

Plow stolen, three men arrested

McALESTER — On Monday, a plow was stolen from Pittsburg County residents Randy and Joann Brickle and three men were arrested and charged in relation to the theft.

Todd Christian Dambacher, 22, of McAlester; Aeris Keith Nash, 20, of McAlester; and Chance Sheridan Brown, 22, of Tuskahoma, were charged Tuesday in Pittsburg County District Court with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

According to court records, the three men allegedly conspired together and stole the Brickles’ plow.

According to Tim Reavis, a Quinton Police Department administrator, Joann Brickle saw three men loading her plow onto a trailer. “She called her husband, who then called us,” Reavis said.

If convicted, the three men are facing up to 10 years in prison for the conspiracy charge and up to five years for the theft charge.
