McALESTER — The city’s franchise with Allegiance Cable is set to fade to black in October — prompting city councilors to ask citizens to let them know about any issues or concerns in advance.

City councilors discussed the matter during their regular Tuesday night meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
