Deported Krebs man charged with rape; victim pregnant

McALESTER — On Dec. 2, a Krebs man was charged in Pittsburg County District Court with first degree rape of a child under 14 years of age.

Eufilio Hernandez Gomez, 25, is accused of having sex with an 11-year-old girl earlier this year, according to court records. And the victim, according to a police affidavit, is allegedly pregnant. Gomez was deported to Mexico by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on July 8, according to ICE Public Affairs Officer Carl Rusnok.
