McAAP appoints director engineering, public works

McALESTER — Steven W. Cox, of McAlester, has been named director of engineering and public works at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, according to a Wednesday press release from McAAP.

Cox had been the acting director since the retirement of Terry Wafford on Dec. 31. Cox’s position as director was to take effect immediately, the release stated.
