The driver of a 1997 Buick involved in the accident, Debra Armstrong, 43, of Bache, was transported by ambulance to the McAlester Regional Health Center, said the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Armstrong was treated for trunk and limb injuries, then released, the highway patrol said.
