VEHICLE 1: 1997 FORD EXPLORER DRIVEN BY MICHAEL DOCTOR, INDIAN MALE, AGE 27. ADDRESS: QUINTON. EXPIRED AT SCENE DUE TO MASSIVE INJURIES.

VEHICLE 2: 2007 FREIGHTLINER VAN DRIVEN BY ALLEN HARSHAW, WHITE MALE, AGE 51. ADDRESS: HARTSHORNE. TRANSPORTED BY MCALESTER EMS TO MCALESTER REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER, THEN BY PARA MED EMS TO ST. JOHNS HOSPITAL IN TULSA. LISTED IN SERIOUS CONDITION WITH TRUNK INTERNAL AND LEG INJURIES.

WHAT HAPPENED: VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND, VEHICLE 2 WAS EASTBOUND. VEHICLE 1 WENT LEFT OF CENTER AND STRUCK VEHICLE 2 LEFT FRONT TO LEFT FRONT. DRIVER OF VEHICLE 2 WAS PINNED APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES BEING FREED BY KREBS FIRE DEPT. BY USE OF THE HURST TOOL.
