Angel Food orders will be taken for December distribution this week at Church of the Nazarene, 700 West Adams, Lakewood Christian Church, 840 South George Nigh Expwy., and Bowers Baptist Church.
Participants may order at Church of the Nazarene and Lakewood Christian today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 5 to 7 p.m.; Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.; and Saturday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Orders may be placed at Bowers Baptist Church today from 7 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon. The church is at 266 SW 1065 Ave., west of Wilburton.
Payment in full is required when the units are ordered by cash, money order, cashier’s check, or food stamps. No checks are accepted.
This month’s menu choices include a regular Signature Box for $30; a Senior Box of 10 convenience meals with fruits and desserts for $28; and a frozen Allergen-Free food box for $23. In addition to these boxes, six specials are also available.
Participants no longer have to purchase the regular Signature Box, Senior Box, or Allergen-Free Box to be able to purchase the specials.

A $4 deposit will be applied to first-time orders for a plastic tub for each regular signature box ordered.
Return the clean tub when the next order is placed or a $4 deposit will be applied.
Orders may also be made online by credit or debit card at www.angelfoodministries.com. The deadline to place online orders is Monday. Angel Food charges a $2 transaction fee to cover the bank charge for use of credit cards. First-time buyers will pay a tub deposit when the food is picked up on Dec. 12. For returning customers who wish to order online, bring clean tubs to food distribution.
The food for this month’s orders will arrive for distribution on Saturday, Dec. 12. Contact each distribution site or Angel Food Ministries for pickup times.
