Baby born to Smith, Prucha
Mark Smith and Natalie Prucha, Oklahoma City, announce the birth of their daughter, Libby Prucha Smith, on Oct. 21, 2009 at 1:32 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins Emerson Prucha Smith, 14 months.
Maternal grandparents are Dave and Carol Prucha, Andover, Kan. and great-grandmother Margaret Prucha, Cleveland, Ohio.
Paternal grandparents are Gary and Mary Smith, McAlester.
