Eufaula teen injured in car crash

McALESTER — A Eufaula teenager was injured in a car crash early Sunday evening in McIntosh County, according to a report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Trey Downum.

William C. McIntosh, 16, was driving a 2006 GMC Envoy eastbound at around 4:30 p.m. on Lunar Road, approximately four miles west of Stidham, when his vehicle departed the roadway to the left for an unknown reason, according to Downum’s report.

After departing the roadway, McIntosh’s vehicle hit a concrete culvert, causing the Envoy to flip end over end before rolling over completely, striking a telephone poll and coming to rest upright, Downum continues in his report.
