McALESTER —
Zac Doyle, a senior at Savannah High School, has been awarded the Freshman Incentive scholarship to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University during the 2012-13 academic year.
The Freshman Incentive Scholarship is funded through the Alva economic development sales tax incentive.
He plans to study education at Northwestern.
Doyle is the son of Mickey and Ila Mabray, of McAlester.
