Food Bank finalizing plans to come to McAlester

McALESTER — The director of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma said McAlester is still the place for a satellite location that will bring jobs and better access for organzations that feed the hungry.

On Tuesday Eileen Bradshaw director of the Community Food Bank of Oklahoma met with the McAlester News-Capital to discuss the opening of the food bank in McAlester.

“We have a location but the plans are not finalized, yet,” said Eileen Bradshaw director of the food bank.
