McAlester Radio personality Kevin Dean, also known as the “Human Popsicle,” throws a T-shirt down to a donor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Center from the roof of Cavender’s Boot City Monday. Dean raised nearly $3,900 of the $10,000 goal and vows to stay on the building’s roof until he raises the money.
