McALESTER —
Authorities found a 17-day-old infant child during a McAlester drug house bust.
District 18 Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force agents executed a search warrant in a home on East Polk Street in McAlester on July 20. Task force officers, along with McAlester Police Department detectives and Drug Enforcement Administration agents, entered the home at approximately 3 p.m. and found three women and a 17-day-old infant child in a bedroom.
“While finishing clearing the residence, a ‘one pot methamphetamine lab’ was located in the laundry room of the residence,” an affidavit states.
Rachel Easky, age 26, Patricia Beall, 48, and Robin Allen, 49, all of McAlester, were arrested and transported to the Pittsburg County Jail and the infant was taken to the McAlester Regional Health Center, where the Department of Human Services then took custody of the child.
After searching the entire residence, authorities found numerous items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
All three women were charged July 23 in Pittsburg County District Court.
