Do Oklahoma travelers ever get any special savings? We do this year, through Funjet Vacations.
I just returned from the annual Funjet Product Show, and there were many resorts offering special savings to Oklahoma residents who depart from DFW airport.
Barcelo Resorts (with better food than most all-inclusives) is offering Kids Stay Free and a free upgrade to the Barcelo Colonial Tropical Beach when booking the Barcelo Maya Beach.
The Gran Caribe Real Cancun is offering Kids Stay Free and a discount on all room categories.
Grand Coca Bay is offering Kids Stay Free for travel through Aug. 17.
Gran Porto Real Playa del Carmen offers Kids Stay Free in oceanview junior suites, and discounts on all room categories.
Riu Resorts are offering discounts on varying room categories as well as Kids Stay Free at the Riu Playacar.
One of my favorite Cozumel Resorts, the El Cozumeleno, is offering a free upgrade to ocean view as well as Kids Stay Free. The Allegro Cozumel is offering Kids Stay Free, as is the El Cid, the Hotel Cozumel and the Melia Cozumel.
The Melia Cozumel and Excellence Playa Mujeres are offering a $50 spa credit per room.
The Melia Cabo Real has Kids Stay Free as well as a free room upgrade.
The Cabo Presidente Intercontinental is offering a free massage or a free round of golf.
My favorite Cabo resort, the Pueblo Bonita Pacifica Holistic Retreat, will give you a spa credit of $50 for a three or four night stay, $75 for a five to six night stay, and $100 for seven nights or more.
The Riu Palace Cabo will give you a discount on a Junior Suite ocean view room. This is a fantastic resort and what a great offer.
My favorite Puerto Vallarta resort, the Barcelo la Jolla de Mismaloya, is offering Kids Stay Free plus preferred club values including free room upgrades, a fruit basket, spa discounts and more. This is a wonderful family resort and we have charter flights from OKC on Mondays and Fridays.
In beautiful Jamaica, the Riu Tropical Bay is offering a suite upgrade to the junior suite room, as well as special amenities for honeymooners and wedding couples.
Kids Stay Free at the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Montego Bay and the Grand Lido Braco is offering a $150 spa credit for stays of five to six nights.
Another wonderful addition to the Mexico scene is tours of Chichen Itza by plane as well as flights from Cancun to Cozumel. These are offered exclusively by Lomas Travel through Funjet Vacations, an industry leader in price and quality.
These resorts are doing their very best to entice you to select their property for your well-deserved vacation this year. Be sure and take advantage of these super discounts.
