Hiahwahnah “Dickie” Neal, 67, of Talihina, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at the Veterans Administration Center in Little Rock, Ark.
Graveside services have been changed to 10 a.m. Saturday at Choctaw Military Cemetery in Tuskahoma with Charlie Scott officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Talihina Funeral Home.
