McALESTER — Buell Painter, 97, of McAlester, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at his home.

Rosary will be Monday at 6 p.m. at the Bishop Chapel of Memories. Funeral services are Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with the Rev. Leonard Higgins officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in McAlester.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester.
