Hiahwahnah “Dickie” Neal, 67, of Talihina, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at the Veterans Administration in Little Rock, Ark.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Choctaw Military Cemetery in Tuskahoma with Charlie Scott officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Talihina Funeral Home.
