Carolyn Sue Hornback, 68, of Leonard, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, in Broken Arrow.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pryor Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Jack McCarty officiating. Burial will follow. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Chaney-Harkins Funeral Home of McAlester.
