Wilburton Kiwanis President Will Cocke, left, presents Wilburton High School student, Felecia Clark with a plaque honoring her as the January Student of the Month. Clark was recognized as the Student of the Month for January by members of the Wilburton Kiwanis Club. She was the special guest during the club’s Wednesday, January 23 meeting held in the Student Life Center on the campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College. Clark is the daughter of Randy Clark, the late Pamela Clark and Tennie Clark. She attends Wilburton High School where she is a member of the Lady Digger basketball team. She is a member of FBLA, FCA, FCS, vocal music, Courageous and National Honor Society. She is also active in student council where she serves as a representative-at-large and is a co-founder of Courageous. Clark is a member of the Red Oak First Baptist where she is active in the youth group. She also participated in the Meals on Wheels program and operates the soundboard for Wilburton high school theatrical productions. Her hobbies include spoof, poetry and being with friends. She plans to attend Eastern Oklahoma State College upon graduation then transfer to East Central University to complete a bachelor’s degree in special education with a minor in mathematics.
