McALESTER —
A silver alert has been issued by McAlester Police Department on the behalf of Virgil Rigsby, 69, of Wiburton.
Rigsby was last seen Oct. 13 chartering a Greyhound bus in McAlester headed for Oklahoma City to stay with friends, according to McAlester Police Department Kevin Hearod.
Hearod said Rigsby is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200 ponds and has gray hair.
Rigsby is under proven medical care, mental disablilities and has a speach impediment.
He was carrying a suitcase and a trash bag.
