• A $25 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $32.45, for a $7.45 annual increase, or 62 cents a month.
• A $50 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $64.90, for a $14.90 annual increase, or $1.24 a month.
• A $75 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $97.35, which is a $22.35 annual increase, or $1.86 monthly.
• A $100 ad valorem tax statement would rise to $129.80, a $29.80 annual increase, or $2.48 a month.
• A $200 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $259.59, a $59.59 increase, or $4.97 monthly.
• A $300 ad valorem tax statement would rise to $389.39, an $89.39 increase, or $7.45 per month.
• A $400 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $519.19., a $119.19 increase, or $9.93 monthly.
• A $500 ad valorem tax statement would rise to $648.99, a $148.99 increase, or $12.42 a month.
• A $600 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $778.78, a $178.78 increase, or $14.90 per month.
• A $700 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $908.58, a $208.58 annual increase, or $17.38 a month.
• An $800 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $1,038.38, a $238.38 increase, or $19.87 a month.
• A $900 ad valorem tax statement would rise to $1,168.18, a $268.18 increase, or $22.35 monthly.
• A $1,000 ad valorem tax bill would rise to $1,297, a $297.97 increase, or $24.83 a month.
